Dreaming about your future self is great, but if it comes from a diminished sense of self it ain’t worth crap.
It is simply a distraction, as well as a sneaky way to put yourself down.

❤️🩹 Notice “strains” in your life. Many fears, self-loathing, sense of impending doom, shame, hopelessness, depression, anxiety, aloneness, lack of spiritual connection and/or a sense that there is something wrong with you are some of the signs that your inner child is wounded and needs your love and attention.
If you relate to any of the signs above I promise you there is more. These are simply signs that there is some healing to be done.
There is hope. In fact, the pain (the wound if you will) is actually an invitation to healing.
