Why does getting at the root of it matter? So we don’t stay stuck in the drama of
re-creating the same mess, the same pain, for the rest of our dang lives.
We aren’t here to just live in our drama again and again. And I say this with the deepest respect as I didn’t believe there was a way out of my drama and suffering for a long time.
Now, what do I mean by ‘getting to the root’?

Ex. •You keep meeting the same kind of partner even though they seemed completely different than ‘the others’ when you first met them.
•You feel abandoned again and again in friendships
•Your external life looks safe and sound but you continue to feel a sense impending doom or deep fear for ‘no reason’
This stuff is almost always rooted in our early conditioning.
With help, insight and support YOU CAN BE FREE.
It can be scary and often it seems easier to just keep going, hoping that the proverbial tomorrow will be different.
But how many tomorrows more are you going to wait?
